Europe needs to think clearly about Intellectual Property
In his Tech Central Station Europe article Pirates of the European of March 12th, Waldemar Ingdahl admonishes the EU to strike a balance between protecting IP and protecting civil liberties. Unfortunately, this is going to be hard as long as they are viewed as fundamentally opposed
