Distinguishing addictions

In his The Pulse article The right drug for the right person of March 16th, Anders Sandberg adresses the issue that people are differently vulnerable to addiction and react differently to different drugs. But what is new is that these are testable differences, and may ultimately change views from seeing drug abuse as a simply moral problem.
