Harm reduction and doping in athletics
In his TCS Daily Europe article Genes and Juice of August 11th, Waldemar Ingdahl writes about the anti-doping tests at the European Athletics Championships. How thin is the line between doping, medication and human enhancement today? Could these Championships be the last with doping tests?
