The Health Council of the Netherlands has published a report on nanotechnology: Health significance of nanotechnologies.
The report cites the Eudoxa poster Nanotechnology and Health Policy, written by Anders Sandberg and Waldemar Ingdahl for EuroNanoForum in Trieste 2003, on that the developments in nanotechnology the start a trend towards decentralisation in health care, that gradually breaks down the monopolies physicians currently have in the area of diagnosis and treatment.
