The use of designer nanomaterials in medicine
In his The Pulse article The Good NHS of October 11th, Anders Sandberg explains how nanomedicine is rapidly progressing. With the introduction of the substance NHS-1 to stop bleeding, nanomaterials have entered practical medicine. Will they end up in a regulatory limbo, asks Sandberg, or will they be allowed to truly revolutionize medicine?
