Article on cyberdemocracy noticed by Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Waldemar Ingdahl's article about e-democracy in several Swedish daily newspapers (English version here) has been noticed by the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Eesti Välisministeerium) in their analysis of mentions of Estonia in foreign press (Nädal välismeedias 30. jaanuar - 5. veebruar 2006).
