Thailand continues the junta's policy
Lene Johansen notes in Thailand’s Patented Bulls#!t Kills People that the change from a military government to a civilan government has not lead to a change. The Thai Minister of Health is proposing the government to "ignore" four cancer medicine patents. Johansen also provides the background for TRIPS.
